Accommodation Rules

To ensure everything goes smoothly

Upon presenting your identification documents and paying for your stay, you have received a key to your room and the main entrance doors. On the last day of your stay, please return the keys and the room to the owner or an authorized person by 10 a.m. Before leaving, restore the room to its original state.

Entry to the building, specifically its residential parts (the top two floors), is prohibited for persons who are not accommodated here.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building. Smoking is only allowed outside in the garden.

Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

Do not use your own electrical appliances in the rooms.

Observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Even outside these hours, do not disturb other guests or neighbors with excessive noise. Sitting is possible by arrangement in the pub or common room.

Maintain cleanliness and order, including in the garden and around the fireplace. Sort waste, bins are located outside next to the building.

The building is equipped with fire extinguishing equipment and is subject to fire regulations.

• Water to the building is supplied from a private 40 m deep well. It is safe to drink but high in iron and not very palatable for direct consumption. For these purposes, we supply super-quality water from the Maloskalsko spring in Teplice.

Ensure the safety of people and property. You are obliged to pay for any damages caused to the equipment in full.

Each time you leave, close the windows (except for possible ventilation position), turn off the lights, turn off appliances (stove), lock the room, and at night after the pub and service close, lock the building as well.

Be considerate of neighbors, do not enter their properties. You are free to move around our property, the land along the Jizera (Povodí Labe), and municipal lands between the footbridge and our garden.

When walking to Malá Skála, use the Greenway Jizera – turn right around the chapel, after about 200m cross the Jizera via the footbridge and continue to Malá Skála.

Cancellation Fees

* more than 1 month before the start of the stay - no cancellation fee

* 8 - 30 days before the start of the stay - 50%

* a week before the start of the stay - 100%
